A Fresh Wind Sweets & Delicacy strives to package all orders perfectly however mishaps happen. All cookies and brownies are individually wrapped and heat sealed. Due to heat sealing some toppings such as glaze and caramel may stick to packaging.  Popcorn and candy apples are individually wrapped as well. A Fresh Wind Sweets & Delicacy is Not responsible  for mishandling from 3rd party shipping companies. No refunds will be granted for broken or damaged items.
